A Saturday evening at the SushiGO bar in Batumi, 19:00 to 01:00, about 18 minutes of play. You are a member of the local IT chat: meet people, find common ground and introduce those who need each other.

Everyone in the bar is a composite character with an invented name. The game runs in the browser with no server and no install (three.js is bundled); adding ?seed=42 to the address replays the same evening.
