About the game
Your plane, the “Kestrel”, goes down on a nameless polar island under the northern lights. The station AI IRIS wakes you in the wreck. An old hermit, Orm, has lived here alone for eleven years, next to a rift in the ice that sings.
More
The island is 900 × 900 m: the crash site, a polar station, a frozen lake, ruins, forest, sea ice and the Rift. The snow remembers every step, the night looks like night, and it all starts straight in the browser — no install.

FAQ
Do I need to install it?
No. A desktop browser with WebGL 2 is enough.
What if it runs slowly?
The game picks a quality level for your machine; weaker computers get a lighter mode.
Is it connected to Northern Rift?
Yes: Northern Rift is an arcade in the same world — the same island seen from the air.
