Epimorphism

Specs and architecture · a matching with no empty spots

A matching where every part of the result comes from something in the source: no part is left uncovered. For an agent’s answer it means every statement has support in the data. Where there is no support an empty spot remains, and the model fills it with a guess: that is how a hallucination arises.
