Specs and architecture

A lightweight Spec-Driven Development tool by Fission AI. Live specs sit in openspec/specs, and every change is its own folder in openspec/changes: proposal.md (why and what), a spec delta, design.md and tasks.md. The agent follows /opsx:propose → /opsx:apply → /opsx:archive; archiving merges the delta into the specs. Lighter than Spec Kit, with no rigid phases, and works with 30+ agents.
