Session

Harness

One continuous conversation with an agent, from launch to exit or a reset. Everything the agent learned in it sits in its context and is gone when the session ends; only what was written to memory and files like CLAUDE.md carries over to the next session. The harness keeps the conversation itself in a session log, from which a past session can be brought back whole; in Claude Code with /resume or claude --continue.
