An approach to development in short cycles: build a small part, show it, get feedback and adjust the plan. It rests on the 2001 Manifesto for Agile Software Development, which values responding to change over following a plan. The approach fits where the future can’t be known in advance: the plan will be wrong anyway, so what matters is that it is cheap to adjust.
