QA (quality assurance) is the role of the person who checks that a product does what it promises and finds bugs before users do. QA reproduces an error, describes it so a developer can repeat it, and accepts the fix. When an agent takes over the routine around bugs, QA checks its result by hand and decides how important the bug is.
