Groups, moves and rules · the “accountant’s” count
created · updated
All consequences of the rules of a group, written “as an accountant would”: the order of moves is not remembered in an entry, entries add up and are carried around the map of the group. In the game “step and lift” an entry is a loop on the map. In the paper it is R/[R, R] with the group acting by conjugation, and for this game the least number of its generators is 1.
