Quint

Formal verification · a language for formal models

created · updated

A language for describing the rules of a system so that they can be run and checked before any code is written. The notation looks like ordinary code and engineers without a math background can read it. The program tries orders of actions and shows the chain of steps where a rule breaks. Two programs check it: TLC and Apalache, and there is also a quick random simulation.
