Hermes Agent
Coding agents · Hermes AI agent
A free, open-source agent from Nous Research that you install on your own server or computer and connect to any model, through a vendor API or a local one. It does what coding agents do, and not only for code: the agent itself runs on your server or computer, and you talk to it through the terminal, a desktop app (preview) or messengers: Telegram, Slack, Discord and others plug in as integrations. It remembers context between sessions and turns what worked into skills. It reads project rules from AGENTS.md.
